Dannico Woodworks's return policy is as follows:
Dannico Woodworks accepts returns for unopened and like-new products within 30 days from the shipment date.
Given the specific characteristics of our products and their associated weights, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. In cases of damage resulting from inadequate packaging during return shipping, additional return fees may be incurred.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account after the return is received. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
